What are Kids Classes at Lifetime Fitness?

Lifetime Kids Classes are designed to help kids stay active and have fun.

The Kids Classes at Lifetime Fitness are for children aged 3-11 and want to help kids discover their fitness passions. Class options range in length from single-day drop-in classes to 10-week learning classes:

  • Drop-In Classes – Kids can drop in on any of the Studio Classes throughout the day. Check the class schedule at your location to plan ahead or pop in with your little one when you’re there.
  • Kids Studio Classes (For ages 5-13) – These classes are kid-friendly versions of Lifetime’s most popular adult classes. Classes are based on age and are grouped into Preschool, Grade School, and Tween classes.
  • Progressive Learning Classes – Geared toward your child’s level of skills, they progress through a 10-week curriculum. Children can join either yoga, fitness, dance, or gymnastics Progressive Learning Classes.

  • Distance Learning Support Camp – For kids going into Pre-K through the sixth grade, this camp helps kids to bond with others during virtual learning. Kids are provided assistance with school work. Fun S.T.E.A.M activities, gym, and art are also provided. You can sign your kids up for a full or a half-day camp.
  • Summer Camp – Lifetime Fitness offers summer camps all summer long. Each week, summer camp focuses on a new lesson plan that includes new ways for kids to explore, have fun, and grow. The theme of the camps changes each week, so there’s something of interest for all.
